Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Service apply to the Meridian VPN website, Windows application, and related VPN access (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Meridian VPN, trading as Meridian VPN (“Meridian”, “we”, “us”). Contact: telegram: @NesquickTheDev.

2. Accepting and changing these terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms when the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the current version here and update the date above. Changes apply from the posted date, subject to rights that cannot be changed by contract.

3. License keys and access

You need a valid license key and an account accepted by our authentication provider to sign in. Keep your key private and use it only as permitted by the offer under which you obtained it. Do not share, sell, transfer, or attempt to bypass key or account restrictions. We may suspend or restrict access if a key is invalid, compromised, used in breach of these terms, or if required to protect the Service or comply with law.

The Meridian website currently provides sign-in and downloads; it does not process payment or automatically create, renew, or cancel a subscription. If you obtained a key through a reseller or another checkout, that seller’s purchase terms apply to the transaction. Meridian access depends on the key and account status reported by VelvetAuth.

4. Price and availability

Any price displayed on the website is informational until a checkout clearly identifies the seller, currency, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation method. The current website does not offer checkout. The Service and planned server locations may change, be unavailable, or be withdrawn. A location is available only when its VPN profile is configured and returned by the authentication service.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with laws that apply to you and must not use the Service to commit or facilitate unlawful acts, interfere with networks or systems, distribute malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or evade technical safeguards. You are responsible for activity performed using your key and devices, except to the extent applicable law says otherwise.

6. VPN and security limitations

A VPN changes how some network traffic is routed; it does not make you anonymous or guarantee that websites, applications, internet providers, VPN hosts, or other third parties cannot identify or observe activity. The Service may be interrupted, congested, misconfigured, or incompatible with particular networks and devices. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular speed, or that every location will always work.

Do not rely on the Service as your only protection for emergencies, sensitive work, or any use that requires guaranteed availability or security. You remain responsible for keeping your device and other accounts secure.

7. Software and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Meridian application and Service for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and any separate license included with third-party software. Meridian and its licensors retain their rights in the Service. OpenVPN and other third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided subject to consumer rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law permits, we do not make additional warranties about availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Where the law permits, Meridian is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. This section does not limit any non-excludable consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy.

9. Ending access

You can stop using the Service at any time and sign out of the website or application. A purchase made from another seller must be cancelled with that seller using its cancellation process. We may suspend or end Meridian access for a serious or repeated breach, a security risk, or where law or the authentication provider requires it. Any rights you have under consumer law remain unaffected.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Swedan, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts in that place may hear disputes, unless applicable law gives you another venue. Contact us at telegram: @NesquickTheDev with questions or complaints.
